Prep time- 20 mins
Cooking time- 10 mins
Ingredients:
500g raw or cooked prawns, cleaned and deveined
2 tbsp Amboora Signature Ras El Hanout
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp harissa
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix the prawns with all the other ingredients in a bowl apart from the oil. Allow to marinate for 15 mins to let the flavours infuse the prawns.
- Over a medium heat, heat a glug of olive oil and add the prawns to a medium sized pan until they begin to curl up. Flip them over and then lower the heat, allowing to cook for another 5 minutes. If you are using raw prawns, make sure they're pink and fully cooked through.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or to accompany a main course. Don't forget to dip some bread into the delicious juices. Bsaha!
