Moroccan Style Bread Pudding

275g self raising flour

70g butter

70g vegetable suet

1 tsp Amboora Signature Ras El Hanout

1 tsp salt

4 tbsp cold water


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C / 180C fan.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Spread the mixture into a lined baking tray and bake for 30 mins. Enjoy as a side with any meat dish.
