Moroccan Roast Nut Mix

Makes - 2 jars

Prep time - 5 mins

Cook time - 20 - 30 mins

Ingredients:

50g pecans

50g cashews

50g almonds

50g walnuts

2 tbsp runny honey

2 tbsp Amboora Smoky Ras El Hanout

Juice of half a lemon

1 tsp salt

 

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C / 160C fan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the honey, ras el hanout and lemon juice. Add the nuts, mixing them together until they are coated.
  3. Add the nuts to a lined baking tray and bake for 20 -30 mins.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the salt and enjoy hot or cold. Bsaha!
