Recipes come in all shapes and different colours, they come in the form of desserts, main dishes and starters however not necessarily in that order. Recipes make our life a little bit easier, a little bit more delicious, and make it more fun.
I have always considered cooking fun and a very fulfilling activity, which is why I have spent these last months creating and perfecting recipes to share this experience with you. If you have been following me on social media then you already know the journey I’ve gone through to come up with this mini-cookbook, which is the first of many to come.
This cookery book has been created with a lot of love, a lot of passion, and a lot of enthusiasm. It’s all about giving back to the community and sharing with them my passion for Moroccan cooking through my heritage.

You no longer have to make porridge for breakfast, you can now make Bissara! You no longer have to cook pasta for dinner, now you can make Tagine even in an oven dish, you no longer have to eat pudding for dessert, eat some Mhalabia instead!
These recipes are some of my favourites but the less common ones so you won’t find another Chicken with Preserved Lemons in here.
