Hi Everyone,
Thank you for visiting and I am so pleased to share my new website with you!
It’s been such a long journey to get to this point but I am finally heading towards realising Amboora.
As with a lot of food start-ups there are a lot of ups and downs but it’s been a learning curve, the most important thing is having the support around you. There were a lot of tears. Remember success is better shared especially with family and friends that care.
The aim of creating Amboora was to bring authentic Moroccan cuisine to your home, the dream is to have a business which I'm passionate about. It came about when my daughter Amber started weaning, I realised I was cooking more and more Moroccan dishes to introduce Moroccan culture to her at an early age. Then a lightbulb moment occurred, ping the answer was there hence why I named it after her as she made me realise that I should make our passion into a business. (Amboora is the Arabic nickname for Amber). I will be writing regular posts about the different elements in regards to Moroccan food and culture together with some recipes.
Please let me know what you would like to see, what you don’t like, what you love about Morocco. I’m creating a range of products to help you recreate for family and friends truly authentic Moroccan meal. I would love to know what’s your biggest challenge when it comes to Moroccan cooking?
In the meantime, you can find Amboora on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook or join the mailing list by subscribing below.
Love,
Nadia x
