DELIVERY & RETURNS
We send all UK orders via Royal Mail or other available courier service. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day following a 12pm cut-off.
Orders under £10 = £4.95 Delivery
Delivery is FREE for orders over £30
During peak time and times with high demand on the service, your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. We will do our best in this circumstance to track your package down. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.
Unfortunately due to Brexit and a change in regulation, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries again soon.
If you’re not crazy about our products? You can return a product for a full refund for up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number - otherwise we will not be able to refund you!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email If you firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you from there.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with evidence if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
