Nadia, a passionate foodie of Moroccan and Tunisian descent, channels her deep-rooted love for her culture into every Amboora product. Her journey began during childhood trips to the northern city of Tangier, a city where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean and history blends seamlessly with modern life.

 

Tangier’s bustling medinas, intricate mosaic courtyards, and tantalising street foods became the backdrop of Nadia’s culinary awakening. These early experiences laid the foundation for Amboora, a brand shaped by her treasured memories and deep cultural pride.

Later visits to the red city Marrakech added another layer to this inspiration. Amid the lively souks, where the aroma of tagines filled the air and freshly baked breads were shared under starlit skies, Nadia discovered an untapped culinary world. From zesty preserved lemons to the aromatic spices of the Jemaa El Fna, these flavours became the heart of Amboora.
