Honey Glazed Figs

Cook time - 20 mins      


1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

1 tsp Amboora Smoky Ras El Hanout

10 fresh figs

3 tbsp runny honey


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C / 180C fan.
  2. Cut the figs into halves (fruit side up) and place onto a baking tray lightly covered with oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to the boil until thickened. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer until gooey, this should take another 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the thickened honey sauce over the figs and enjoy! Bsaha!
