Amboora makes small-batch Moroccan ingredients for home cooks in the UK.
Every product starts with the same question: does this taste the way it should in Morocco? If not, it doesn’t make the range.
The range
Spice blends — Ras El Hanout, Harissa, Chermoula, Tagine, BBQ. All small batch. All built from real spices, not pre-mixed powders. Our Signature Ras El Hanout is fifteen spices balanced by hand and won a Great Taste Award.
Harissa & chilli pastes — made with dried chillies and smoked paprika. Bold, smoky and genuinely hot. Use in marinades, stews, dressings or straight from the jar with bread.
Preserved Lemon Paste — fermented for months. One spoon gives you the sharp, salty depth of half a jar of preserved lemons. The key ingredient in tagines and Moroccan dressings.
Tagine cooking sauces — slow-cooked, spiced bases. Add your meat or veg, cook for 30 minutes. Three varieties: Hearty Moroccan, Preserved Lemon and Shakshuka Tomato.
