Black pepper to taste, ground
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Amboora Warm Ras El Hanout
1 tsp cinnamon
4 slices white or wholemeal bread
Icing sugar, to serve
- Whisk together eggs, milk, pepper, cinnamon and ras el hanout in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Melt the butter in frying pan over a medium heat.
- Dip both sides of the bread in the egg mixture and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar, some fresh fruit and yoghurt Bsaha!
