Ingredients:
50g pecans
50g cashews
50g almonds
50g walnuts
2 tbsp runny honey
2 tbsp Amboora Smoky Ras El Hanout
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C / 160C fan.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, ras el hanout and lemon juice. Add the nuts, mixing them together until they are coated.
- Add the nuts to a lined baking tray and bake for 20 -30 mins.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the salt and enjoy hot or cold. Bsaha!
