Makes - 1 450g jar

225g fresh berries, such as strawberries, raspberries or cherries
225g jam sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Juice from half a lemon
- Add all of the ingredients to a large, deep saucepan and turn on to a medium heat.
- As the sugar is dissolving, mash down the fruit and then allow to gently boil for around 20 mins, constantly stirring until the jam turns thick and rich.
- Allow to completely cool and then spoon into a clean, sterilised jar and refrigerate. Will keep in the fridge for up to 12 months. Enjoy with crusty bread and yoghurt. Bsaha!
