1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 jar Amboora Chermoula Tagine Sauce
800g mussels, cleaned
Crusty bread, to serve
- In a pan over a low / medium heat, fry the onion in some olive oil until softened. Add the garlic and fry for a few more minutes.
- Add the chermoula sauce, season to taste and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add the mussels, cover with a lid and steam for around 4-5 mins until the shells have opened. Make sure you discard any that haven’t opened as these might not be safe to eat.
- Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and dip some crusty bread into the delicious sauce.
