Description
Description
Chermoula is Morocco's answer to a herb and spice marinade — the fragrant, paprika-rich blend that's been used on fish and seafood for centuries. Ours brings that same combination of warm spice, cumin and parsley together in a dry blend you can use straight from the jar.
Mix it with olive oil and lemon juice for the classic chermoula paste. Use it dry as a rub for fish, chicken or vegetables.
One of Moroccan cooking's most versatile flavour bases — and one of its most distinctive.
Small batch. Nothing artificial.
