Description
Description
This is the tagine sauce for slow-cooked meat — rich, aromatic and built for beef or lamb that needs time and depth. Onion, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and date paste, balanced into something warm and deeply Moroccan.
Brown your meat, pour in the sauce, and let it do the work. For a traditional touch, add prunes, apricots and toasted almonds as it simmers. The kind of dish that fills the kitchen with the smell of Morocco and makes everyone ask what you're cooking.
Small batch. Nothing artificial.
