Description
Description
Mechoui means BBQ and is the Moroccan tradition of slow-roasting whole lamb over an open fire — and this is the spice blend that makes it happen. Smoked paprika, cumin, smoked sea salt and coriander, built for meat that needs to taste like it's been cooked the right way.
Use it as a dry rub before grilling or roasting. Mix it with oil for a marinade. Stir it through minced lamb for koftas. It brings that deep, smoky, outdoor-cooked flavour to whatever you're making — no open fire required.
Small batch. Nothing artificial.
