Description
Description
Ras el Hanout means "top of the shop" in Arabic — the finest spices that the merchant has to offer, blended together. Ours lives up to the name. Fifteen spices including cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, rose petals and cloves, balanced into something warm, aromatic and deeply Moroccan.
This is the spice blend that does the heavy lifting. Add it to slow-cooked lamb, rub it into chicken before roasting, stir it through butter for couscous. It's the reason Moroccan food tastes the way it does — exactly what Moroccan food is supposed to taste like.
Great Taste Award winner. Small batch. Nothing artificial.
